By using the SafeBeacon App, you warrant that you are over the age of eighteen (18) or otherwise above the age of majority within your jurisdiction. If you are younger, please do not use the App without parental consent.

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any profile information you choose to provide.
Location Data
The core function of SafeBeacon requires access to your location. We collect GPS coordinates when you start an activity to enable real-time location sharing with your designated guardians. Location data is collected only during active tracking sessions that you initiate.
Guardian Contact Information
We collect the names, email addresses, and/or phone numbers of the people you designate as guardians so we can send them tracking links and alerts on your behalf.
Activity Data
We collect data about your activities including duration, distance traveled, route information, and activity type (run, ride, hike, etc.).
Device Information
We collect device identifiers, operating system version, app version, and mobile network information to ensure the App functions properly and to troubleshoot issues.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use the App, including features accessed, settings preferences, and error logs.

- Send Stationary Alerts and SOS notifications to your guardians
- Operate and maintain the App

4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information in the following circumstances:
With Your Guardians
Your location and activity data is shared with the guardians you designate when you start a tracking session or trigger an alert. This is the core purpose of the App.
Service Providers
We work with third-party service providers who help us operate the App, including cloud hosting, SMS/email delivery, and analytics. These providers only access your data to perform services on our behalf.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SafeSignal Inc, our users, or others.
Emergency Services
If you use the emergency call feature, your location may be shared with emergency services.
